Frequently Asked Questions
What does warranty cover?
Any defect in material or workmanship found in Casey’s Creative Kitchens product purchased by the original purchaser, shall be repaired and/or replaced at the discretion of Casey’s Creative Kitchens, when the latter acknowledges that such defect is due to the faulty material or workmanship. Door hinges and drawer glides carry a lifetime warranty through the manufacturer.
How long does the warranty last?
This warranty lasts for as long as the original purchaser of the products owns them at the original site of installation beginning upon the date of delivery to you. Flooring, tile, sinks, accessories, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, as well as all associated labour costs, including removal and installation of materials and related components such as countertops, appliances, etc. are not covered under this warranty. Lighting, electronics, powered components, and hardware inserts are subject to supplier warranty coverage.
What does the warranty not cover?
Any damage to Casey’s Creative Kitchens product caused by heat, steam, water, cleansers, or misuse, etc. is not covered by warranty. (e.g. the swelling, lifting or bubbling of a joint in a countertop from water damage is not covered by warranty.). Any damage to Casey’s Creative Kitchens product caused by misuse, neglect, abuse, “acts of God”, exposure to moisture, or extreme temperatures as well as normal incidental deterioration such as nicks, scratches, abrasions and natural aging whether resulting from the effects of normal wear and tear or abnormal use. Please refer to the Product Expectation section for wood and finish specifications, as well as humidification guidelines and customer care suggestions.
How long does a kitchen cabinet and countertop project take?
The duration of cabinetry and countertop projects depends on the project’s scope, but most kitchens are completed within 8 to 10 weeks. We work efficiently to minimize disruption to your daily routine while ensuring top-quality results.
How involved can I be in the design process?
We encourage your active participation! Your input is invaluable in creating a kitchen that reflects your style and meets your functional needs. From selecting materials to finalizing layouts, we collaborate closely with you every step of the way.
